When will I be charged for my order?

When your order is placed we pre-authorize your card for payment then verify with our supplier that your product is in stock. Once it is confirmed that your order is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) your payment will be fully processed and your item will be shipped.

How soon will my order ship after purchase?

Within 5 business days, usually sooner. If it cannot be shipped within that time frame we will void your pre-authorization and let you know via email that we could not fulfill your order. This is rare and unfortunate, but does happen from time to time.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes you will be emailed with tracking details and you can also track your package directly on our site HERE.

Do you have a price match guarantee?

We do on many but not all products. Please click HERE for more details.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day 100% money back guarantee on most products. There are, however, some brand and product-specific exclusions which would be shown on the "Shipping & Returns" tab of the product page for each product. For more details please click HERE.

How do I receive updates on my order?

Please go to Track My Package on our site for the most up-to-date tracking information on your order. If your order details are not coming up in the system feel free to reach out to us at: support@backyardsprawl.com.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to us at: returns@backyardsprawl.com and we’ll be happy to process an insurance claim on your behalf. We never want you to be unsatisfied with your order. For further details refer to the Shipping Policy and Returns Policy pages.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order up to 48 hours from placing it by emailing us at: support@backyardsprawl.com. All orders canceled after 48 hours from purchase will be subject to a $20 administration fee, whether your order has been shipped or not. If the order has been shipped, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. All refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used when the order was placed.
