As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This indicates we’ve received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. Once your order is received we reach out to our suppliers to verify the product is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and send you an e-mail letting you know. If your ordered item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we’ll process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
When your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date the order was placed, usually much sooner. Once the order is shipped, we’ll send your tracking information- within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse- to the e-mail address you provided at checkout. If you don’t receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at: email@example.com
If you did not get or lost the email with tracking details you can also use our tracking portal HERE, using your order info to look up your order.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival, if you should notice any damage you please make note of it when signing for the delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll process an insurance claim on your behalf.
All orders canceled after a 48 hours period are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped. If the order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment used when placing the order.
